Product Description
The Gravel Pre-Packed Wedge Wire Screen, also known as the Stainless Steel Wedge Wire Filter Mesh, is constructed using V-shaped profile wires and longitudinal support rods. Each intersection point of these wires is fusion-welded, ensuring a robust structure and exceptional performance. The V-shaped profile design ensures smooth water flow, preventing blockages. The continuous slots provide a larger filtration area, which reduces the inflow velocity of water. This design minimizes the risk of sand entering the screen under high pressure, enhancing its sand filtration efficiency. Additionally, the slot size of the wedge wire screens can be customized to suit different geological strata.
