This 325mm outer diameter (OD) AISI 304L stainless steel wire wrapped screen pipe is a high-performance industrial filtration product with pre-machined welded bevel ends, specially engineered for large-flow, long-term stable operation scenarios. It adopts internationally advanced full-welded wedge wire (V-wire) manufacturing technology: the core filtration structure is formed by continuous spiral winding of trapezoidal stainless steel wire on longitudinal support rods, with every intersection of the wire and rods fully fused via high-frequency resistance welding, creating an integrated, high-strength, non-loosening screen body.
