OASIS Downhole Water Well Screen is a high-performance wire wrapped screen specifically designed for water well, oil well, and groundwater extraction applications. Manufactured with precision resistance welding, V-shaped profile wires are continuously wound onto longitudinal support rods, forming consistent and uniform slot openings. The 304 stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability in downhole environments.
This model features an outer diameter of 219mm, a slot opening of 1mm, and a single section length of 3 meters. Both ends are fitted with welded end rings (weld ring connection) to facilitate easy coupling, stacking, and installation downhole. The unique V-wire profile creates a self-cleaning action, reduces clogging, increases effective open area, and enhances both axial and radial strength. Slot sizes are precisely controlled to ensure reliable sand control across various geological formations, making it an ideal solution for demanding water well completions.
