OASIS Stainless Steel Wire Wrapped Screen are manufactured by a or v wedge shaped wire around an internal array of the longitudinal support rods. The world-advanced and all-weld technology is used with each interesting point of these wire fusion welded, which creates the robust construction and the excellent mechanical performance. The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around support rods over full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence the screen allows water(oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities, while at the same time keeps majority of sand and gravel out of the well. The slots can be changed according to different strata.

 The Stainless Steel Wire Wrapped Screen consist of V-shape profile wire and the longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded, so Johnson type screen / sand control wedge wire screen / stainless steel mesh filters has sturdy constriction and the good mechanical property. Inspection of OASIS Wire Wrapped Screen

1. All Dimensions of Johnson type screen / sand control wedge wire screen / stainless steel water well screen will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.

2. Wall thickness of coupling material is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection

3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collapse Strength Test before shipment.

4. If required, the screens will be made pickling and passivation.

5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company (BV, SGS, Intertek )and representative appointed by buyer.

6. The screens will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
