1. Material: Generally speaking,our standard is API 5CT,the grades are J55,K55,N80,L80 etc..also we can customize it according to your actual material demand.

2. The cutting thickness of carbon steel is up to 20mm.

3. The cutting thickness of stainless steel is up to 10mm.

Procedure including:

The controlling technique of the slotted pipes and the software are chosen according to the parameters of the pipes;

When the pipes are slotted, the procedure including:

1. pipe surface treatment before process,cooling and eliminating the heat during the whole slotting as well as removing the iron rust and oxide;

2. after the pipes are slotted,quality inspection is done, unqualifies pipes are sent to waste collection station;

3. marking the qualified pipes;

4. material certificate is issued and the finished pipes are delivered.

Applications of slotted casing pipe

The slotted liner is mainly used to the water and oil reservation layer without much sand. It’s without much sand. It’s function is prevent rock bits dropping into the well bore. The working principle is allowing the certain size and coming through the surface with crude oil but keeping the bigger size sand being stopped outside to form sand bridge, and thereby achievement the anti-sand purpose. This type of product is commonly used to sand rock and carbonate reservoir,and especially usable for horizontal wells.
