Automatic bale opening/debaler machine  for PET bottle 

Bottle bale opener/breaker/debaler machine  is used at the beginning step of the complete waste plastic bottle recycling washing line. It is used to scatter the baled bottles into loose. The bottles after scattered then go through label removing, crushing, washing, and drying and turn to clean flakes to reuse.

Working Process:

1. Manually cut off the steel on the bale and take away, then put the bale into the chamber

2. Push button to start the machine, there are four rotors with paddles will keep rotating and scattering the bottles

3. Loose bottles will be loaded into next procedure

4. Bale opening platform can be equipped in front of the machine for workers easily feeding and checking

5. Hydraulic feeding platform can be equipped, it will automatically incline to feed the bale.
