Double-headed stud connection features:

1,One of the connected parts is thicker, blind holes are made in it and threads are cut in the blind holes.

2. Thin parts with through-holes and no threads. Connected by double-headed studs with nuts.

3,Allows multiple assembly and disassembly without damaging the connected parts. The connection is made with a double-ended stud.

Double-headed stud connection for the following occasions:

1,Usually used for one of the connected parts is too thick, inconvenient to pierce, compact structure requirements, must use the blind hole connection or must be often assembled and disassembled.

2, double-headed stud connection is a double-headed stud screwed into one of the connected parts of the screw hole, the other end through the other connected parts through the hole, and then set the washer, tighten the nut. This connection is often used when one of the connected parts is too thick or not convenient for assembly and disassembly. When dismantling, usually only remove the nut and not the stud, to prevent damage to the screw holes of the connected parts by repeated assembly and disassembly. Mainly used for one of the connected parts is thicker, requires a compact structure, or because of frequent disassembly, should not be used for bolting occasions.
