XC-WCI series of industrial chillers are mainly used in the plastics industry, it can accurately control the plastic mold temperature to shorten the molding cycle to accelerate the product shape; the series using the principle of cold and heat exchange cooling, rapid cooling, temperature stability. Features:
• Compressors are imported (COPELAND). Built-in safety protection device, which greatly reduces the unit damage. Taiwan famous brand pumps, the United States, Mexico, Denmark, Japan and other imports of refrigeration system accessories.
• Shell and tube condenser, stainless steel thick water tank evaporator, easy cleaning and maintenance, and equipped with automatic water supply device (Note: air-cooled production plate radiator for water shortage, poor water quality areas).
• XC-20 units are available in two or four sets of compressors, either segmentally or simultaneously, to reduce unnecessary energy losses in specific situations.
• Complete protection fault indication system is complete, including (compressor overload protection, pump overload protection, high and low voltage protection, reverse phase phase protection).
• Digital intelligent temperature controller, precise control of water temperature 5 ℃ ~ 35 ℃.
