This horizontal directional drilling rig combines disc-type structural stability with advanced

horizontal directional drilling technology, specifically engineered for precision tunneling and

pipeline installation projects. Equipped with a high-frequency DTH hammer ≥34HZ and 80mm

maximum bore diameter capacity, it achieves exceptional performance in hard rock formations

at depths up to 35-40 meters.

The sizes of different models of turntables are suitable for 2.2mx2.2m-2.7mx2.7m / 2.5mx2.5m-3.0mx3.0m

After the drill frame parts are transported to the working point, they should be assembled

in the order of the bottom crowbar, air top, disc and propeller. Each part should be cleaned

and wiped clean, coated with grease and tightened. Before the main air inlet and water pipes

are connected to the control console, all the sand and mud should be blown clean.

All the hoses must also be blown clean before being connected to the corresponding parts of

the drill frame to prevent sand and mud and other dirt from entering the machine parts.
