Automatic rotary double heads premade film heat sealing machine

1. Main machine appearance main materials are SUS304 stainless steel and T6 hard aluminum alloy;

2.Cup/Bottle diameter:50-100mm(only limit at one bottle diameter, need to replace star wheel & sealing head mold for different bottle diameter,replace time is around 30 mins);

8. Aluminum foil requirement: Aluminum foil materials should be corresponding to the can materials(For example: PET material can use the PET film, PE material can use PE film),

aluminum foil thickness: 0.1-0.4mm.

9. Automatic film release system: It adopts the starting device to automatically drop the film and release the film accurately.

10. Aluminum/PE film Sealing system: It includes heating and constant temperature control parts, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat sealing plate and heat sealing head,

and pneumatic sealing motion execution parts.

11. Rated voltage: Single phase AC220V 50Hz, Conveyor motor power 200W, heating head power 800W, star wheel power 1300W,Total power:about 2300W;
