Structure:

It is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag trough and other parts. The screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing, the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing, and the motor passes through a pair of V-belt pulleys. Drive the screw to work.

Working principle:​

The main component of this equipment is that the bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch of the screw gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, forming a pressing of the material.
