Structure features:
 
1.  Adopt cover suction structure, equipped with high pressure strong power fan. Indraft equipped with silencer, air supply and the electric control converged into the same cabinet, need to further than 1.5m from the host, the operation part is closed by the whole cover.
2. Cast iron structure of wallboard, thickness is 130mm.
3. The corrugated roller material is 48CrMo alloy steel, tempering, medium-frequency hardening, surface grinding, main corrugated roller diameter is ¢ 280mm, surface hardness above HRC58. Key parts bearings of corrugated roller, pressure roller use ZWZ heat-resistant bearings.
4. Pressure roller ¢ 284mm, surface grinding and chromate finish; Up-down moving controlled by air cylinder, material is medium carbon steel #45, thermal refining ( with buffer device).
5. Supplying and withdrawing glue both controlled by pneumatic, glue spreader roller diameter ￠215mm, engraved 25lines after surface grinding, then hard chrome plating treated, glue scrapping roller surface grinding and chromate finish.
6. Corrugated roller, pressure roller material is good brand, with the limiting device. Pressing air cylinder is ¢ 160mm.
7. Pre-heating roller adopt ¢ 320mm seamless steel pipe.
