Multistage Vacuum Generator Integrated Vacuum Ejectors MMP Alumina Material
1. Introduction and application
- It is suitable for transporting non-air permeable workpieces.
- Suitable for handling metal sheets, packaging machinery and the technical field of industrial robots.
- Pick-and-place applications with very short cycle times(due to the powerful blowing function, the workpiece can be quickly released).
2. Design
- The main material is alumina.Composed of filter,silencer, two solenoid valves (suction/blowing) and check valve.
- Strong blowing function, the release time is reduced by about 50%
- Can be normally open (NO) or closed (NC)
- Optional digital (VD) vacuum switch
- Suitable for filtered and oil-free compressed air (4-6bar)
