Vacuum Suction Cups Special For Packaging Flat Gripper MF With TPE 70 Material
1. Introduction and applicaton
- Round flat suction cup suitable for carton handling and packaging machinery;
- Handling of cardboard and rigid packaging in top or side;
- Suitable for palletizing and demolition;
- Strong and wear-resistant suction cup, excellent sealing performance, suitable for high load applications;
2. Structure
- Round flat suction cup MF (1) with soft, flexible sealing lip and reinforced structure on the cup surface;
- Made of wear-proof material TPE-70；
- The joint of suction cup with a diameter of 30mm is Plug-in threaded joint;
- The 40mm diameter suction cup connector consists of two parts:machine-side component (2) and suction-side component (3);
- Clip-in filter screen (4) as pre-filter (filter pore size 250 µm);
- All externally threaded joints are equipped with O-rings;
