1. Introduction:

     This is customized according to customer's requirements. It is mainly used to absorb relatively large workpieces with extremely uneven surface, such as cartons, plastic parts, pipes, etc.

2. Structure:

It is formed by combining a plurality of corrugated suction cups (FG42-B40), a vacuum clamp MPX and a special buffer component.

(1) Corrugated suction cup: FG42-B40, strong and wear-resistant, can best fit the concave-convex surface, and has extremely strong adsorption force;

(2) Vacuum clamp MPX:

• Built-in vacuum generator with alumina as main material;
• Small volume, convenient installation and good adsorption stability;
• The size can be customized without standard.

(3) Buffer component:

• Composed of stainless steel rod of spring buffer support rod, bearing sleeve and buffer spring;
• Ensure flexible contact to handle pressure sensitive workpieces
