Vacuum Gripper System Non-standard Special Customized Rubber Suction Cup

1. Introduction:

      Vacuum Gripper System is designed and optimized to be used in various applications e.g. packaging, wood, food etc. The product group represents a flexible solution for the handling manipulation of several products with different shapes, dimensions and compactness. Most of the gripping systems can be equipped with integrated vacuum generation or suitable for separated vacuum generator.The number of ejectors can also very simply be increased even after the installation if necessary.

2. Structure:

It is formed by combining a plurality of corrugated suction cups (FG42-B40), a vacuum clamp MPX and a special buffer component.

(1) Corrugated suction cup: FG42-B40, strong and wear-resistant, can best fit the concave-convex surface, and has extremely strong adsorption force;

(2) Vacuum clamp MPX:

• Built-in vacuum generator with alumina as main material;
• Small volume, convenient installation and good adsorption stability;
• The size can be customized without standard.

(3) Buffer component:

• Composed of stainless steel rod of spring buffer support rod, bearing sleeve and buffer spring;
• Ensure flexible contact to handle pressure sensitive workpieces
