How To Use RL09 Rfid Ear Tag Reader:
1. Key functions:
The keys are multifunctional and have different functions in different modes.
① --- Set button
② --- Confirm button
③ --- Power / Scan button
※ Press the “Power / Scan” button to start the reader. The name and model of the device will be displayed on the LCD screen for a short time, and then it will be replaced by the measurement preparation interface.
※ Press and hold the “Power / Scan” button for a few seconds to turn off the machine.
※ Press the "Power / Scan" button to start scanning, or press the "OK" button to exit scanning operation.
※ If the device is left idle for 10 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
2. Scan electronic ear tags:
Within 10 seconds, the ear tag is not scanned. The following information will be displayed on the screen. You can press the “Power / Scan” button to restart scanning.
If an ear tag is scanned, the ear tag data will be displayed on the screen.
If the Bluetooth communication is normal, the ear tag data will be automatically transmitted to the terminal.
3. Maintenance and charging:
When the battery power decreases, the reader needs to be charged. Remove the back cover and connect the USB charger and charging cable. During charging, the battery indicator will turn red, the lightning bolt on the screen will flash, and the lit battery bar indicates the amount of charge.
After a few seconds, the device enters sleep mode. Check the charging status by pressing the "Power / Scan" button. If the battery indicator is off, the battery is fully charged. Unplug the USB charging cable and replace the back cover. Note: The device cannot be turned on during charging.
4. Clean
Regular cleaning of the equipment is necessary. It can be cleaned with a soft cloth or paper. The reading head is water-resistant to IPX5 and can be washed directly with water.
