Working Principle
This screening equipment utilizes electromagnetic vibrators or unbalanced motors as power sources, generating high-frequency vibrations that directly excite the screen surface. Operating in a near-resonance state with screen surface amplitude of 1-3mm, the vibration strength achieves 2-4 times that of conventional vibrating screens. The adjustable installation angle (20°-45°) allows adaptation to various material properties and screening requirements.
