This electromagnetic vibrating feeder features a 600×2350mm carbon steel construction designed for uniform feeding of particles and powders across multiple industrial applications.

The electromagnetic vibration feeder operates through single-phase half-wave rectification. During positive half-cycles, electromagnetic force attracts the armature and iron core, storing potential energy in the main spring. During negative half-cycles, this energy is released, creating vibrations at 3000 cycles per minute. Material moves forward along a parabolic trajectory, with feeding quantity controlled via SCR rectifier voltage adjustment.
