This high frequency screen operates with electromagnetic vibrators or unbalanced motors as the power source, directly exciting the screen surface to work in a near-resonance state. The screen surface amplitude ranges from 1-3mm, delivering vibration strength 2-4 times greater than conventional vibrating screens. This high-frequency action keeps the screen clean and enables efficient, accurate screening of even difficult-to-process materials.
