Our stainless steel Teflon-coated leaf spring balanced eccentric vibratory conveyor is engineered for efficient handling of natural crumb rubber and similar materials. The contact surfaces feature Teflon coating for enhanced durability and easy cleaning, while the optional air cooling function allows simultaneous conveying and temperature control.

Performance Specifications
For a 1000mm width, 6-meter length conveyor using 0°C cooling air, temperature reduction of approximately 40°C can be achieved with a conveying capacity of 5.2-5.3 tons/hour.

Applications
Ideal for conveying, cooling, and drying materials including salt, sugar, rubber crumbs, chemical fertilizer, activated carbon, resin particles, polyethylene particles, HDPE/LDPE powder, and condiments. The ABM600-8 model (600mm width, 8m length) achieves approximately 25 tons/hour capacity when conveying salt.
