The horizontal air classifier centrifugal sifter, also known as centrifugal sieve, airflow screen, or rotary sifter, is designed for efficient screening of materials with multi-fiber composition, high viscosity, static electricity, and adsorption tendencies. This industrial screening machine effectively processes challenging materials including Chinese medicine powder, battery materials, and starch.
Working Principle
Comprising motor, base, housing, material propulsion system, and screen barrel, this machine operates by feeding material through the upper inlet. A rotating screw directs material into the screen barrel where centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion drive particles against the cylindrical mesh. Fine particles pass through the screen to the outlet, while coarse material is redirected and discharged separately.
