Material enters the grinding chamber where centrifugal force causes grinding rollers to press against the grinding ring. The lifting blade feeds material between the roller and ring, achieving grinding through rolling action.

After grinding, powder is classified by the blower's circulating air through the analysis machine. Oversized material returns for regrinding, while qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector and discharges as finished product. The closed-loop system ensures continuous operation with residual air filtered through the dust collector.
