PF Series Impact Crusher Overview
The PF Series Impact Crusher is a high-efficiency crushing equipment featuring compact design, simple structure, and large crushing ratio up to 40. This advanced crusher delivers low energy consumption, high production capacity, uniform product size, and selective crushing capabilities.
Working Principle
The impact crusher utilizes impact energy to crush materials. When operational, the motor-driven rotor rotates at high speed. Materials enter the plate hammer action zone where they impact and crush against the rotor's plate hammers, then are thrown into the counter device for secondary crushing. This process repeats through multiple impact cavities until materials reach the required size and discharge.
