This compact pneumatic vacuum feeder is specifically designed for conveying whole milk powder and other food-grade materials. Built with stainless steel 304 construction, it ensures hygienic operation and material integrity during transport.
Working Principle
The electromagnetic valve controls compressed air flow into the suction feeding tube, creating accelerated airflow that generates negative pressure. This vacuum effect transports materials to the feed cylinder while filtered air discharges, enabling continuous material conveying with vacuum levels ranging from -2.6 to -18 kPa.
