Working Principle
The screw conveyor utilizes rotating spiral blades to transfer materials along a fixed casing. Material movement occurs through screw conveyance, with friction resistance preventing rotation. Various blade types (solid surface, belt surface, blade surface) accommodate different material characteristics.
Industrial Applications
Widely used in building materials, chemical, power, metallurgy, coal, and grain industries. Suitable for horizontal or inclined conveyance of powders, granules, and small lumps including coal, ash, slag, cement, and grain. Maximum material temperature: 200°C.
