Industrial Hopper Silo Wall Vibrator for Material Flow Control
The hopper silo wall vibrator, also known as vibration anti-blocking device, utilizes YZO vibration motor technology with adjustable excitation force to prevent material arching and blockage in silos, tanks, and hoppers. This industrial-grade solution ensures continuous material flow across multiple industries.
Working Principle
During operation, the vibrating motor generates high-frequency vibrations that transfer to the hopper wall. This vibration eliminates friction between materials and the wall surface while destabilizing material aggregates, effectively overcoming internal friction and cohesive forces to maintain smooth material discharge.
Structural Design
Comprising an upper YZO vibrating motor and lower chassis (user-supplied), the device connects via high-strength bolts. Optional electrical control box integration enables automated system control with blockage detection capabilities.
Installation Guidelines
- Steel silos: weld or bolt directly to silo wall
- Concrete/steel hybrid silos: install on steel hopper section
- Full concrete silos: mount on vibration plate attached to silo
- Coarse material storage: always use vibration plate mounting
- Chute applications: position at potential blockage points
- Vibration force transmission range: 4-5 meters
- Symmetrical installation: stagger devices 50-100cm vertically
- Vibration plate specifications: 700×530mm, thickness 10-20mm
- Hopper opening requirement: 650×480mm if needed
