Working Principle
The gyratory screen utilizes an eccentric mechanism that drives material on the screen surface in uniform gyratory reciprocating swing motion. Materials spread and stratify across the full screen surface, with motion transitioning from circular at the feed end to elliptical in the center for optimal sieving, and finally to straight-line motion at the discharge end for efficient material flow.
