The Low Profile Flow-thru Inline Vibro Screen Machine is a high-efficiency screening solution specifically designed for rice flour processing. This compact vibrating screen offers exceptional wet or dry scalping capabilities with minimal headroom requirements, making it ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications where space optimization is critical.
Working Principle
Utilizing dual vibrating motors mounted on opposite sides, the machine generates a three-dimensional motion that ensures maximum material flow-through. The vibration mechanism creates horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements for optimal screening efficiency.

  • Low height design - 500mm or less (as low as 300mm)

  • Stainless steel construction for all material contact parts
