The Horizontal Airflow Centrifugal Rotary Sifter is engineered for efficient sifting, scalping, and de-agglomerating of fine powders and micro particles. This non-vibratory screening machine delivers superior performance for vital wheat gluten and similar materials.
Working Principle
Materials enter the cylindrical screen mesh through a screw conveying system, where they mix with airflow and atomize. Centrifugal force and cyclone propelling power generated by internal rotor vanes separate materials—fine particles pass through the mesh and discharge from the fine outlet, while coarser materials move along the screen wall to the rough outlet.
