The Vertical Test Sieve Shaker is an advanced electromagnetic screening device that combines multiple vibration modes for precise particle separation. This magnetic suspension technology enables efficient sieving down to 5 microns, making it ideal for laboratory and quality control applications across various industries.
Working Principle
Utilizing electromagnetic and vibration starting devices as the vibration source, this shaker creates a magnetic field that suspends the vibration mechanism. This generates high-frequency vertical vibrations transmitted through the bottom tray to stacked sieves, causing materials to move in up-down, left-right, and reciprocating motions for accurate particle separation.
