Product Overview
High Frequency Electromagnetic Rectangular Vibrating Wire Cloth Screen Machines represent advanced screening technology where only the screen mesh vibrates while the screen body remains stationary. This design delivers minimal dynamic load, low power consumption, high screening efficiency, and substantial processing capacity. These machines are extensively utilized in chemical and compound fertilizer industries, ore processing (iron ore, quartz sand, kaolin), dewatering applications (coal slime, tailings, gold ore powder carbon recovery), and dry material screening operations.
Working Principle
The screening machine operates through an electromagnetic exciter system. Electromagnetic forces drive the vibrating arm beneath the sieve surface, creating torsion and swing movements via force transmission bolts, main vibration springs, hinge springs, vibration rods, and vibration shafts. A vibrating cap positioned on the upper end of the vibrating arm supports the screen to generate precise vibrations. The vibration system functions in a near-resonance state, achieving optimal screening performance with minimal power input. The screen surface vibration intensity reaches 8-10 times gravity acceleration, which is 2-3 times greater than conventional vibration screens, resulting in superior screening efficiency and processing capacity.
Multi-layer screen configurations include single-channel and dual-channel designs. Single-channel units feature four vibration systems and one exciter per screen layer, while dual-channel models incorporate eight vibration systems and two exciters distributed across the left and right sides of the screen box. Each exciter group operates at 900W rated power, generating 50Hz high-frequency vibrations on the screen surface. All vibration parameters are precisely controlled through the integrated control cabinet, with the system capable of instantaneous strong vibrations for effective screen cleaning and mesh blockage prevention.
