The Catalyst Catalyzer Industrial Gyratory Screener is a high-precision screening machine designed for large capacity separation and grading of fine materials. This versatile equipment features gyratory reciprocating motion that transitions from circular to elliptical to linear movement along the screening surface.

The gyratory screen separator is driven by a general motor that powers an eccentric wheel to create gyratory reciprocating motion. This motion pattern transitions along the machine length, starting as purely gyratory at the inlet, becoming elliptical in the middle, and reverting to reciprocating motion toward the outlet.
