Working Principle
The sieve shaker utilizes a single vibration motor as the vibration source. Motor vibration is transmitted through the base to the standard test sieves placed on it. Material particles smaller than the mesh size pass through to lower sieves, enabling layer-by-layer separation of different particle sizes and determination of material composition.

Widely used in abrasives, paints, mining, metallurgy, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, geology, ceramics, and defense industries for particle size analysis, screening, grading, and impurity content analysis of solids, powders, and suspensions.
Operation & Maintenance
