The Rotary Trommel Drum Screen Sifter Machine is designed for efficient solid waste separation. This cylindrical drum unit is inclined and mounted on a sturdy frame, with a geared motor connected through a coupling to drive the drum rotation around its axis.
Working Principle
Material enters the drum device where the combination of tilt and rotation causes continuous overturning and rolling. This action separates fine materials, which discharge through the bottom outlet, while coarse materials exit through the tail discharge port. The flipping motion prevents screen clogging by ejecting trapped particles.
