The Stainless Steel Vibration Feeder Machine provides uniform feeding of tiny grain powder materials across multiple industrial applications. This electromagnetic vibration feeder ensures precise material handling with reliable performance.
Working Principle
The electromagnetic vibration feeder operates through single-phase half-wave rectification. During positive half-cycles, electromagnetic force attracts the armature and iron core, moving the trough backward and storing potential energy in the main spring. During negative half-cycles, the spring releases energy, moving the components forward. This creates vibrations at 3000 times per minute, propelling materials along a parabolic trajectory. Feeding quantity is controlled by adjusting rectifying voltage via SCR rectifier.
