Equipment Structure
The mill consists of chassis, body bracket, soundproof cover, machine body, grinding cylinder, vibration exciter, lining plate, elastic support, grinding medium, and drive motor. Each component is engineered for optimal performance and durability.
Operating Principle
The drive motor rotates the vibrator through flexible coupling, generating sufficient vibrating force to create periodic motion. This transfers force to materials in the cylinder, crushing them through extrusion between grinding media. Temperature control is available for heat-sensitive materials.
Installation & Setup
