This 219mm diameter, 9000mm length tubular screw conveyor feeder is constructed from 316L stainless steel with food-grade certification. Designed for efficient material transfer in industrial applications.
The conveyor utilizes rotating spiral blades to move materials along a fixed casing. Material advancement occurs through the interaction between the rotating screw and the frictional resistance from the casing. Various blade types are available including solid surface, belt surface, and blade surface configurations to suit different material characteristics.
Ideal for horizontal or inclined conveyance of powder, granulated, and small lump materials in industries including building materials, chemicals, power generation, metallurgy, coal, and grain processing. Suitable for materials with temperatures below 200°C.
