Application scope of DT2 fixed Belt conveyor

1 the working environment temperature of DTI fixed belt conveyor is generally 25 ~ + 40C. For belt conveyor working in special environment, if it is heat resistant, cold resistant, waterproof, anticorrosive, explosion proof, flame retardant and so on, corresponding protective measures should be taken separately.

2.This series of components can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined transportation, and can also adopt the transportation form of the combination of convex arc, concave arc section and straight line section.

3. DT2 fixed belt conveyor is a general series of products, which can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, power station building materials, chemical, light industry, petroleum and other industries. It is composed of single machine or multi-machine transportation system to transport materials, which can transport all kinds of bulk materials and parts with loose density of 500 ~ 2500kg/m2.

4. the size of the material allowed to be transported by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, slot angle and inclination angle, as well as on the frequency of the occurrence of large pieces of material. For the maximum block size applicable to all kinds of bandwidth, this series recommends selecting according to Table 1. When transporting hard rock, when the bandwidth exceeds 1200mm, it should be limited to 350mm and not increase with the increase of bandwidth.
