I. Overview.
The Star Type Ash Unloading Valve is the main equipment for dust discharge, air supply and other equipment feeding, which is suitable for powdery materials and granular materials, and is widely used in environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, food and other industrial sectors.
Characteristics are below:
a. The Star Type Ash Unloading Valve has high processing precision and air locking function. It can be used as the quantitative feeder of powder in crushing and classification systems, and as the unloader of separation, dust collection and other systems.
b. Smooth operation and low noise.
c. Because the bearing and the tooth shell are at a distance from the box, the high temperature lubrication has been greatly improved.
d. Cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, titanium steel and other materials can be used, and the flange can be square or circular and other structural forms to meet the different needs of users.
II. Working principle and structural characteristics
The star type ash unloading valve is composed of shell, impeller and end cover. The reducer, transmission shaft and impeller are connected as a whole, which is reliable, light and energy-saving. Because the bearing and reducer of the machine protrude outward, it can avoid the jamming of dust into the bearing and large particles. During operation, the reducer motor drives the impeller to rotate through the coupling shaft to evenly bring the materials from the upper part of the shell to the lower part, and the materials are transported by the next device.
III. Instructions for use
1. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and reliable before use, and whether to install overload protection.
2. This product has been added No. 00 lithium grease before leaving the factory.
3. This product is suitable for powder dry materials and fine particle dry materials, such as high humidity and high viscosity materials, high temperature materials need to be customized separately.
4. The safety should be paid attention to when starting, and the hand should not be extended to the rotor part.
