This series belt conveyor with corrugated shield, in particular applied in conveying material in big inclination, for it with corrugated shield and horizontal clapboard belt. And it can widely used in coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, port, mechanical etc to
convey all kinds of bulk materials and the piece.
Sidewall belt conveyor can be used in coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, port, shipping and other industries, in the working environment that the humidity is -15 degree to +40 degree, transport a variety of bulk materials which density is 0.5-2.5t/m3.
Sidewall belt conveyor is continuous transporting equipment for loose bulk materials such as coke, coal, limestone, sand and gravel. It adopts high quality conveyor belt with corrugated sidewall and horizontal baffle. Sidewall belts are used to convey material up inclines. The sidewall increases the carrying capacity of the belt and prevents product from falling off the edges of the belt. Hot vulcanization provides 5 times greater adhesion between the belt and sidewall, eliminating the need for bolting the sidewall to the base belt. Greater adhesion also prevents the sidewall from lifting and separating from the base belt, extending the belt life.

Operation regulation and maintenance
- Belt conveyor should be operated in according to design requirement.

Belt conveyors are not allowed to overload run.

All safe alarming should be in good condition.

Walkway of emergency switch should be free. The switch should be regular inspected to see whether they are in good condition.
