Working principle of Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt Machine
The traction component and load-bearing component of the high-angle belt conveyor is a rubber conveyor belt with corrugated edge and diaphragm. The rubber belt is wound around the drive drum and redirection drum at both ends of the frame to form a closed circulation loop.
When the transmission device drives the transmission drum to rotate, the friction between the transmission drum and the rubber belt drives the rubber belt to run along a predetermined track; the conveyed material is added to the rubber belt by the guide trough, and the material is transported to the unloading device at the head with the movement of the rubber belt, and finally unloaded from the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force and gravity.
