Packaging & Shipping
We pack the top and bottom parts of the pole with a soft blanket like material in order to protect it from damage to the galvanized surface that may occur during transportation.
Packaging can also be done according to clients’ requirements,such as plastic bubbles or with wooden stick between each layer.
We have our regular shipping agent and respect the clients to choose their own agent.
Process of Production
Verification of Materials → Cutting → Molding or Bending → Vertical Welding → Verification of Dimensions → Flange Welding → Hole Drilling → Calibration→ Deburring Process → Galvanizing, Powder Coating or Painting → Recalibration → Threading → Packaging

Trade terms:
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
The price includes pole shaft, base plate, cross arm and anchor part.
2. MOQ: 2 sets.
3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Package: Plastic woven bag or old blanket or according to clients requirement.
5. Delivery time: within 30-60 workdays after receiving deposit.
