Product Description

Traffic lights are an important aspect of any traffic control system. A dependable and sturdy pole is required to support these traffic lights. At Futao Metal, we produce various types of traffic and signal poles including octagonal, cylindrical, and conical shaped poles.

Going one step further, our poles can be designed to have multiple mounting arms if required. All traffic and signal poles shall consist of a single vertical pole, connecting flanges, mounting arms, and anchor bolts. Straight or seamless steel pipes shall be used for the vertical pole and transverse arms. The connection ends of the vertical pole and the transverse arm shall adopt the same steel pipe as the transverse arm and will be protected by stiffeners. The vertical pole and foundation will be connected by a flange and anchor bolts. Horizontal mounting arms are connected to the main vertical pole using a flange and further reinforced using stiffeners.

All welding processes of the vertical pole and its main components shall meet industry standards.

Packaging & Shipping

We cover the top and bottom parts of the pole with a mat or mat straw in order to protect it from damage to the galvanized surface that may occur during transportation. Packaging can also be done according to clients’ requirements.
