INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTION:

• For aromatherapy, use 2-3 drops in a diffuser. For Topical Use - Dilute 1 - 2 drops with carrier oil and apply to desired area.

• For bath, add 8 ~ 12 drops of lavender essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil or whole milk for a bedtime bath.
• For use on skin or hair, dilute essential oil in carrier oil and massage. before massage, wash your hands and dribble an appropriate amount into your palms. rub your hands together to get hot, gently press them against the related parts with professional massage techniques.
