Product Description
FU type drag chain scraper conveyor is a bulk material conveying equipment, which is consists of head section with driving device, connect section, tail section, tension device, as well as scraper and chains. By moving the chain, the material in the closed rectangular box can be continuously transported horizontally or slightly tilted.
FU type drag chain scraper conveyor is widely used in cement plant, coal, metallurgy, mining, light, construction, chemical, grain, power industries etc.
Working Principle
When the type FU scraper conveyor is transported horizontally, the pressure on the scraper conveyor comes from the chain of the material in the transportation direction, and the effect of the material itself causes internal friction. This friction ensures the stability between the material layers, overcomes the external friction resistance caused by the movement of material in the tank, and enables the material to be transported as a whole fluid.
