XGZ type scraper conveyor is full sealed conveying equipment, which is widely used for transporting powder and small granular material, such as cement powder, coal, chemical fertilizer, grain and calcium carbonate etc. Newest drag scraper conveyor is suitable for horizontal and inclined conveying of bulk materials.
Main Features
1.The large throughput can be up to 1000m3/h.
2.Low energy consumption. The friction between the materials is utilized to make the materials move forward, which can save 40% ~ 50% power compared with the screw conveyor.
3.Good tightness and safety. Reduce the overflow of materials.
4.Long service life. The chain has been treated with special heat treatment. The quenching process makes the service life of the chain reach more than 5 years.
5.Reasonable arrangement process. Material can be fed and discharged from many holes.
