Mobile belt conveyor is consist of main body of metal frame, pulleys, rollers, belt, motor, reducer and control panel, etc. The materials of conveyor belt are usually rubber, plastics, PVC, PU and other materials. The frame materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. The driving mode is gear motor or electric roller. Belt is looped around the head pulley, tail pulley and rollers.When the pulley is driven by a motor, the pulley slides between the idlers and moves the product to the top of the pulley. The machine is light, for reducing the labor intensity of the workers and improving the work efficiency.
