Product Description
Dewatering screen adopts dual-electrode self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, adjustable amplitude vibrator. The machine is mainly composed of screen box, exciter, support system and motor. The two independent vibrators are respectively driven by the tape coupling to do synchronous reverse operation. The centrifugal force generated by two eccentric masses is superposed along the vibration direction and counterbalanced in reverse, thereby forming a single vibration force along the vibration direction, making the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.

Coal washing: coal, fly ash, clean coal
Tailings drying: iron tailings, gold tailings, copper tailings, vanadium tailings, lead and zinc tailings, graphite, potassium feldspar dehydration
Washed sand: quartz sand, zircon sand, glass sand, building sand, sand casting, building materials, sand.
Features
Dewatering screen is mainly used for dewatering sand and fine gravel (generally 0.074-10mm) before storage. Depending on the grade of produc, the dewatering screen will typically produce a final product with as little as 8% water content and no drops.
It is a common tool, which can not only be used in sand processing plant, but also can be used in mines, ores, clay, slurry, concrete mixing plant, etc. Dewatering screens are made from a variety of sources, including material washers, cyclone separators, density classifiers, and even directly from the grading tank.
