Product Description
TD type bucket elevator is made up of a series of hoppers fixed to belt. It applies to vertical transmission of powder, granular and small block and less abrasive bulk materials, which has a small requirement for the type of materials, characteristics and block degrees, it can raise powder, granular and bulk materials, and abrasive materials such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc. It can also raise high temperature products that below 250°C with the max height of 40m.

Features
1. Structural feature: Use rubber belt as traction components.
2. Unloading mode: Discharge by centrifugal or hybrid method.
3. Applicable temperature:The temperature of materials transported by ordinary rubber belt shall not exceed 60℃, and the temperature shall not exceed 200℃ if by heat-resistant rubber belt.
4. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement.
5. Long service life, it seldom occurs extrusion and collision events.
